Learning Approach

Children learn best when they feel safe, involved and understood

Every Balakshitha class is live and interactive. Here is how a class unfolds, the methods teachers use and how we support different learners.

Live learning that keeps children involved

  1. 1. Understand

We learn about the child's age, level, interests and goals.

  2. 2. Personalize

Lessons and activities are adapted to the learner's pace and needs.

  3. 3. Participate

Children learn through stories, questions, discussion, reading, writing, songs, visuals and practice.

  4. 4. Progress

Learning is reviewed regularly and useful feedback is shared with parents.

A friendly, encouraging environment builds confidence gradually through simple activities and conversations.

  • Complete beginners

Teachers start from the basics and teach step by step, with patience and personal attention.

  • Different learning speeds

Lessons and activities are adapted to each child's learning pace and ability.

  • Children who lose focus

Stories, games, songs, visual activities and interactive tasks keep children engaged.

  • Children who need more practice

Extra worksheets, revision activities, reading practice and personalized guidance are provided.

Parents as partners

Parents do not need to sit through every class. Their encouragement with practice and homework is valuable. The academy reviews participation, activities, reading, writing, speaking and regular practice, then shares progress and areas that may need more support.

Online classes

Online classes run live on Zoom or Google Meet. The platform and joining details are confirmed privately with each family. A reliable connection and a phone, tablet or laptop are enough, and a larger screen helps with reading and writing.
