Permission first
The academy will obtain parent or guardian permission before publicly using a child's identifiable name, photograph, video, voice, work or testimonial. Consent should describe where the material may appear, such as the academy website or social media.
What we show
- First names and broad countries only, unless a parent has specifically agreed otherwise.
- No surnames, exact locations, usernames, meeting links or contact details.
- Online-class images are cropped to remove participant names and platform interfaces.
- Faces of real children and teachers are never altered or generated.
Withdrawing permission
Parents may ask the academy to stop future use at any time by WhatsApp, phone or email. Removal from future publication does not always remove copies already shared or cached by third-party platforms.
