Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The free introductory class has no fee.
• Program fees are normally paid before the applicable month, term or package begins.

• A cancellation requested at least 48 hours before the first paid class is eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable third-party processing charge.
• Once the first paid class in a monthly plan has begun, that month's fee is non-refundable.
• For a prepaid term or package, a withdrawal requested within seven calendar days after the first paid class may receive a refund for unused classes after deducting attended classes, issued materials and non-refundable processing charges. After seven calendar days, the started package is non-refundable.

• A student rescheduling request should be made at least 12 hours before class. A make-up class may be offered subject to instructor and group availability.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may be counted as attended classes.
• If the academy cancels a class, it will offer a make-up class or class credit. If the academy cannot deliver the remaining paid classes, the unused affected amount will be refunded.

• Transfers between programs, learners or periods require academy approval and are not automatically available as cash refunds.
• Genuine medical or exceptional circumstances may be considered individually. Supporting information may be requested.
